What is GIXMA?
GIXMA is a platform designed to simplify the work of human resources (HR) representatives through artificial intelligence support. HR representatives can create job listings on GIXMA with the help of AI and share the listing link on any platform for applicants to apply. Additionally, GIXMA uses AI to sort candidates based on their suitability for the position. HR representatives can then select candidates from the sorted list and direct them to the testing phase. In the test phase, AI generates tests tailored to the job requirements. After completing the tests, HR representatives can review the candidates' results and either hire the most suitable candidate or invite them for an interview.

What problems will GIXMA solve for HR representatives?
It will solve the problem of HR representatives finding the right candidate.
It will help HR representatives easily create job postings that match their desired requirements.
Who have we considered as our primary target audience?
The platform is initially designed for HR representatives of companies based in Azerbaijan. After gathering a certain user base in the Azerbaijani market, plans for enhancement for the foreign market are anticipated. Therefore, at this stage, the target audience includes HR representatives of all age groups in Azerbaijan.
Research process:
I interviewed several HR representatives from companies in Azerbaijan, aligned with my target audience. Before the interviews, I identified the information I wanted to obtain and prepared my questions based on that information. Then, I began the interview process. After analyzing the results from the interviews, I decided to conduct a netnographic study to validate the accuracy of the responses I received. In the netnographic study, I joined several online communities of HR representatives and paid attention to the discussions taking place within those communities. Based on these insights and the interview results, I formulated thoughts on the initial version of the GİXMA platform.
Problems identified through research:
HR representatives wanted to create job postings more quickly.
There are numerous applications for vacancies, and analyzing all the CVs takes a lot of time.
Sometimes, the candidates applying are much weaker than expected.
Solutions corresponding to the problems:
To facilitate faster job posting creation, a functionality has been added that allows users to enter the job title and generate the posting.
To avoid analyzing each candidate's CV individually, the AI-supported verification system within GİXMA will automatically assess the candidates and determine how suitable they are.
To invite more suitable candidates for interviews, GİXMA will send tests created based on the job vacancy to the candidates through AI, allowing you to form initial impressions about them. The test results will be collected within GİXMA.

Design system and UI kit:
Based on the decision made by the company, a pre-existing design system has been utilized to both reduce the workload of developers and speed up the design process. The Vaadin design system has been used as the design system.
Testing process:
Since the GIXMA platform is based on artificial intelligence, I decided to wait for the completion of the product's development phase to conduct a more accurate test. After the product was fully prepared by the developers, I decided to perform usability testing. I contacted the HR representatives I had interviewed earlier and invited them to the testing phase. I conducted the testing process remotely without moderation and gathered feedback from the HR representatives. Since most of the results I obtained were positive, I did not make any changes to the platform in the initial version.
