What is BACAR OM MODULE?

The Bacar OM module, or the Self-Employment Program, is designed to support individuals who wish to establish their own personal businesses by providing them with equipment and resources. This support is offered by the State Employment Agency. Individuals wishing to receive this support must first undergo training in their respective fields and complete a business plan during the training process. Currently, these processes are conducted offline. The goal of the Bacar OM module is to automate the training process and the completion of the business plan.

What was my role in the process?

Although I didn't design the entire OM module, I focused on automating the business plan section. I needed to automate the completion of the business plan in such a way that users could watch the live lesson while also finishing the business plan. Completing the business plan without the instructor's presence often took a lot of time and was challenging.

The process of automating the business plan:

The offline business plan was very lengthy and complex. We needed to convert that business plan into an online format that allowed users to complete it while fully engaging with the flow. To achieve this, I first reviewed all the details of the offline business plan, even discussing certain sections with the company's accountants due to the presence of financial information. Then, I researched which data I could extract and use in conjunction with legal regulations. After completing all these processes, I began the design phase. Ultimately, we developed a platform where users could watch the live lesson while also completing the business plan simultaneously.
