What is BACAR PHI MODULE?
The Bacar Project's Vocational Training Administration Module aims to automate several key processes within the State Employment Agency. The platform's main objectives include tracking and accepting applications from educational institutions, assigning unemployed citizens to these institutions for training and subsequent employment, allowing agency representatives to monitor these processes and add or modify relevant information, and overseeing all these activities by the agency. Additionally, the platform facilitates online participation in classes and the addition of relevant materials for lessons.
My role in this project.

Identifying the target audience:
The target audiences identified for the automation of all processes are as follows:
Managers, trainers, and their representatives from organizations
Agency management and representatives
The automation process:
To automate all these offline processes, an initial meeting was held with relevant employees from various departments of the agency. As a result of the meeting, I determined how the processes were being carried out offline and we discussed which processes could be transitioned online. Once the discussions clarified the processes, I decided to initially create a sample design.
Research process:
Since the main goal was to automate the offline processes, we did not conduct preliminary research on educational institutions, their staff, and citizens in the initial phase. This was because legislative requirements took precedence over user feedback. After preparing the initial version of the platform, we planned to test it to identify the areas where users encountered issues and gather their feedback.
Design system and UI kit:
To accelerate both the development and design processes, we decided to use a ready-made design system. We utilized Vuetify's design system as our chosen design framework.
